Impact Fest is an immersive, multi-day event that highlights Japan as a hub for impact entrepreneurs.

Through a variety of activities around the city of Tokyo, we will give attendees an opportunity to feel the dynamic, expansive network of opportunities and resources that will grow their business and innovation!

IMPACT CHALLENGE 2022

  • INTRODUCTION

    A university competition hosted by Social Impact Lab Japan organization that crowd-sources ideas from students in over 30 universities across the country, challenging teams to solve pressing social issues by developing a sustainable social enterprise.

  • MISSION

    IMPACT FEST On-Campus Program helps to spread the awareness of entrepreneurship within university through opening events mainly about social issues and starting a business. Students will have a chance to get inspired to develop game-changing ideas that will drive impact through purposeful training & workshops, led by global thought leaders.

  • ACTIVITIES

    In our competition, students who participate will be required to form a team of 3-4 members and come up with a viable business plan to present as a pitch to the selected judge panel, allocated by our organizing committee. They will be pitching the presentation in 4 minutes, followed up with a 4-minute Q&A (Questions and Answers).

  • PRIZE

    This OnCampus program is the first stage in the Social Impact Lab Japan’s Social Entrepreneurship program where the winning team will move forward to the IMPACT FEST, which will be held in Autumn in Tokyo, 2022. Teams will be competing among universities from other cities of Japan. By joining the IMPACT FEST 2022, the winning team will have the chance of winning ¥1,000,000 as a Challenge Prize for their business startup.
